Nancy Near wins crowd favorite, overall titles at StarStruck ‘09
Grosse Pointe Development’s Rita Keltner wins fundraising title

FORT MYERS, March 9 – With an electric, fast-paced style, community volunteer and philanthropist Nancy Near brought the crowd to its feet with her partner Jessie Garcia of the Naples Ballroom Company to claim both the crowd favorite and overall titles at StarStruck 2009 Saturday.


Rita Keltner, of Grosse Pointe Development, took home the trophy for top fundraiser.
The American Red Cross of Lee County’s main fundraiser sold out all seats for the first time.

The overall amount raised is still being tallied and will be announced later this week.
